Position Description:

Sofbang is seeking an experienced, energetic B2C Digital Marketing Specialist who is looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced growing team. This role is critical as our B2C Digital Marketing Specialist will help execute our marketing strategy in coordination with our team for a very exciting B2C solution. We are looking for a self-driven individual with excellent digital marketing skills and proven success with driving marketing efforts for a B2C mobile app solution.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute a B2C mobile app marketing strategy
  • Direct, plan and coordinate B2C marketing efforts
  • Attain user base targets through PPC, SEO, Influencers, Partnerships and other digital marketing tactics
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts with the rest of the marketing team
  • Analysis of B2C personas with the ability to create a highly targeted digital marketing campaign
  • Execute pre-launch, launch and post-launch marketing efforts
  • Strategize and develop marketing campaigns with leadership team from start to finish
  • Focus on user acquisition and retention through targeted promotions and effective advertising
  • Manage lists and execute email marketing offerings
  • Create promos and develop/manage advertising campaigns
  • Handle social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing
  • Contribute to content marketing efforts
  • Understand and develop marketing budget, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
  • Track user behavior and analytics to make suggestions on improving features and content
  • Report on marketing KPIs using Google Analytics and other data sources


  • 5+ years of successful B2C marketing experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, passion for B2C marketing and can-do attitude
  • Experience using a marketing automation platform (i.e. HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong experience in user acquisition and retention
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Google Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising strategies with proven expertise in SEO, PPC and B2C partnerships/influencers to drive user acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of online content marketing and social media development strategies
  • nalytical skills to collect, analyze and summarize findings from marketing KPIs and metrics
  • Experience in aligning and driving B2C marketing efforts with business goals


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
