We developed a solution that comprises a mobile application and web portal, that showcases the power of Oracle Mobile Cloud Services (MCS); for robust integrations with the web portal and utilization of the latest tools from the Oracle HR Toolkit, creating a compelling mobile experience

The following built-in MCS APIs are utilized:

  • Custom API, Connectors: allows integration between backend systems and mobile application
  • Data Offline/Sync: allows employees/users to access company policies anywhere and anytime
  • Mobile Storage: stores data in a collection that can be accessed by the mobile app

This application collects employee information (i.e. personal info, address, contact, education, employment history, upload documents, etc.) during the onboarding process and submits it to a backend HR system. From there, an HR manager can initiate workflows such as:

  • Employment Verification (E-Verify, I9 forms)
  • Background Checks
  • Other Applications (Insurance, Payroll, W9, immigration, etc.
