Allen Pomerantz

General Manager

As Sofbang’s General Manager, Al Pomerantz is responsible for managing the operations of the company. He has a diverse background in technology management and consulting services. As an executive of an international technology corporation, Mr. Pomerantz was responsible for management of technology product development and information technology for both design and manufacturing operations. He has been an executive in several small business enterprises holding executive positions such as President, Chief Operations Officer, and other executive positions. His consulting experience spans financial services, health care, government, manufacturing, investments. Mr. Pomerantz is noted for his innate ability to bridge the gap between business and technology. His demonstrated consulting capabilities include disciplines such as business analysis, disaster recovery and business continuity, software development, data analysis, research and development, and program/project management as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Eric Peebles

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Peebles is a high energy solutions-oriented executive who combines business acumen and deep technology expertise to strategize, design, develop, and deliver high impact results for clients.

As CTO, Mr. Peebles is responsible for assisting our customers with technology investments and planning, as well as directing the company's technology solution capabilities, by making strategic decisions that impact company and customer business objectives. He also directly interacts with customers to better understand their business and to deliver technology solutions that drive bottom line results.

Mr. Peebles has over sixteen years of experience in information technology, some of which includes functioning as a technology program manager, chief enterprise architect, Business Architect, SOA strategist, and Director of Operations. Mr. Peebles is regarded as a thought leader in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and Portal Solutions. Mr. Peebles has written many white papers and spoken at a numerous conferences around the globe on multiple topics.

Prior to joining Sofbang Mr. Peebles was the Chief Technology Officer for a large National IT Consultancy. During his tenure, he successfully delivered to numerous customers results focused enterprise solutions. Additionally, Mr. Peebles served as the Chief Enterprise Architect for the City of Chicago, a $5.6 billion organization with over 40,000 employees. During his tenure as Chief Architect Mr. Peebles implemented a complete SOA, one of the first for any government entity. Mr. Peebles also spent several years as a technology lead within the IBM eBusiness Center, helping to formulate strategy and solutions for a broad range of customers.

A number of articles and press releases discussing Mr. Peebles accomplishments circulate among technology professionals. Additionally, he has done extensive research on legacy modernization, IT-to-Business Value Acceleration, and Web 2.0.

Mr. Peebles resides in Chicago, IL with his wife and five children.

Danny Asnani

Director of Business Development

Danny Asnani is Director of Business Development for Sofbang. Mr. Asnani is responsible for overall account management, business development and alliance management. He has more than 6 years of experience in helping clients attain competitive advantage and realizing both immediate and long-term ROI. Initially serving as a Senior Consultant to Sofbang, Mr. Asnani engaged on several enterprise engagements with clientele and partners from around the world. He has provided business analysis and project management expertise to the public, private and healthcare sectors.

Mr. Asnani has been with Sofbang since 2005. Prior to that, he worked with companies including CDW Corporation and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Asnani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, with plans to pursue an MBA in the near future. He also holds HL7 and CAPM certifications.

Mr. Asnani currently resides in Chicago, IL with his wife.
